Start in the app

Sign in to the Kcalibre account you want to delete. Open Settings → Account and backup / Account settings → Delete account. Read the confirmation and complete fresh Apple, Google or email authentication as instructed. The app clears the relevant cloud data before deleting the authentication account. Apple sign-in authorisation is revoked through the deletion flow.

What the process covers

Deletion cleans up the relevant synced records, public profile, friend relationships and conversations, matching and map records, shared content and photos, support threads and push registration. On-device and cloud storage are separate. Account deletion does not mean that every other device, exported CSV, saved photo card or recipient-held copy disappears. Export supported records in Data and Privacy before deleting if you want to keep them.

Records that may remain

Necessary transaction bindings, account-closure markers and security records remain where needed for transaction integrity, replay prevention, blocks, reports and abuse handling. See the privacy policy.

If deletion is incomplete

Network, authentication or cloud-cleanup errors are shown as an incomplete deletion; cloud features may be paused. Choose Retry account deletion to finish the remaining steps. Uninstalling, signing out or closing the screen does not delete the account. If you cannot sign in or complete deletion, contact info@quintonworldproject.com for assistance. Send only information needed to identify the account, never passwords or verification codes.

Manage Apple subscriptions separately

Deleting a Kcalibre account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Review and cancel renewal in Apple subscriptions. Apple handles refund requests. Export anything you want to keep before completing deletion.
